Recommended Dosage
Mix 1 rounded scoop with 12-16 oz. of water and shake well. Depending on body weight, split the following dose before and after your workout:
< 160 lbs: 1 rounded scoop
160-180 lbs: 2 rounded scoops
> 180 lbs: 3 rounded scoops
